When you sign in with Google, we collect:

Google Search Console Data
With your explicit permission, we access your Google Search Console data in read-only mode. This includes:
- • Search performance metrics (clicks, impressions, position, CTR)
- • Search queries associated with your pages
- • URL performance data
- • List of verified sites in your Search Console
Important: We cannot modify, delete, or write any data to your Google Search Console account.
2 How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

3 Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate ContentPulse:

Authentication and Google Search Console data access
Stripe
Payment processing for subscriptions. We do not store your credit card information.
Postmark
Transactional email delivery (alerts, weekly digests)
Sentry
Error tracking and application monitoring
Each of these services has their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.
4 Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Specifically:
- • Account information: Retained until you delete your account
- • Search Console metrics: We store up to 16 months of historical data for trend analysis
- • Decay alerts: Retained for 12 months
When you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
