ContentPulse is a content decay detection and analysis service that helps website owners and content creators identify declining content performance. Our service:

• • Connects to your Google Search Console account (with your permission)
• • Analyzes your search performance data to detect content decay
• • Provides alerts and recommendations for improving your content
• • Offers competitor analysis and query gap insights (paid plans)

To use ContentPulse, you must:

• ✓ Have a valid Google account
• ✓ Have at least one verified site in Google Search Console
• ✓ Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
• ✓ Provide accurate and complete registration information

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree NOT to:

• ✗ Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• ✗ Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• ✗ Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our service (except via our API)
• ✗ Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• ✗ Share your account credentials with third parties
• ✗ Resell or redistribute our service without authorization

Subscription Plans

ContentPulse offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at checkout.

Billing

• • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• • Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled
• • Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• • You may be responsible for applicable taxes

Cancellation

Refunds

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis for issues within 14 days of purchase. Contact us at support@contentpulse.tech to request a refund.

Our Property

The ContentPulse service, including its original content, features, functionality, code, design, and branding, is owned by ContentPulse and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain all rights to your data and content. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to access and process your Google Search Console data solely for the purpose of providing the ContentPulse service to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• • ContentPulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim
• • We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• ✓ Cancelling your subscription (for paid accounts)
• ✓ Deleting your account from the account settings page
• ✓ Contacting us at support@contentpulse.tech

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or for any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ContentPulse shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of ContentPulse after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
